Dark blue, medium weight jacket - nylon shell, fleece liner.  These are warm and tough.  Nylon shell blocks the wind, fleece liner and fill keep you nice and warm.  I wear mine to feed when it's in the high teens or low 20s and it's plenty of coat.

Our outerwear was purchased for our staff and the folks we sponsor, but we have a few left.  

Designed to wear at work, not to go to the wine bar.  They're short and have an elastic waist so they're Great for feeding, riding or doing chores.
